As the holidays are approaching, travelers staying in Billings, Montana may be looking for unique events and places to check out. If you enjoy arts and crafts or historical monuments, read below for some entertaining places to visit in December!Arts & Crafts Fair, 12/2, 4-9pm, Good Earth MarketGood Earth Market is holding their 2nd annual Arts & Crafts Fair on December 2. Shoppers can start their holiday shopping with a variety of paintings, photos, accessories, books, and other gifts. All products are locally produced so you’ll also be supporting local artists! A dinner special will be offered from 4:30 pm to 7 pm in the store’s deli and musician David Banuelos will perform throughout the evening. At 5 pm, the highlight of the night, “Menu,” an interactive artistic collaboration will open. Creator Jon Lodge describes it as a system that combines the efforts of artists and Good Earth Market’s staff, customers, products and systems.Moss MansionSpend the holidays at Moss Mansion with your family! Moss Mansion is a museum that captures the 1900s living as the Preston Boyd Moss family. Original draperies, fixtures, furniture, Persian carpets, and artifacts are displayed inside the mansion designed by New York architect Henry Janeway Hardenbergh, who designed many famous New York hotels. The estate is made primarily of beautiful red sandstone and has been included in Great American Homes, published by Reader’s Digest, featured on the A&E program “American Castles, the Great Frontier” and National Geographic Guide to America’s Great Houses. Each room of the mansion has a lavishly decorated Christmas tree to help everyone get into the holiday spirit. Tours are conducted on the hour at 10 am with the last tour at 3 pm. On December 3, Moss Mansion is celebrating with a “Historic Holiday Party” from 6-9pm. Tickets are $25 and $175 for groups of 10. On December 10 and 11, from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and 1 pm to 4 pm on Sunday, the mansion will be holding a Family Festival. Music, crafts, cookies, treats and a tour of the museum make for a fun afternoon with the family.  Tickets are $7 for adults and $3 for children 5-12 years old.
