Local Kitchen and Bar is a farm-to-table restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on the weekends. The chef is a born and raised Billings native, and the word “local” permeates through everything Local Kitchen and Bar does. Everything from their meats to produce is locally sourced. They also are an active part of the local community, hosting charity events throughout the year. Parasol is located in the West Park Promenade.Parasol’s featured menu items include duck poutine, pappardelle, and a falafel platter. Their menu options vary from classic to trendy for brunch, including chicken and waffles, black brioche french toast, and lamb chorizo and duck egg crepe.

The Field House

The Field House opened in 2012 by a husband and wife team who were looking to create a truly “green” dining experience in downtown Billings. The Field House is the only certified green restaurant in the area, which means they are dedicated to serving local ingredients and supporting local farmers. Their goal is to decrease the amount of time your food takes to get from the garden to your plate. All their ingredients are locally grown in Montana. They are open daily and offer brunch on the weekends.Some of their featured items include the Brussels plate with locally sourced Brussel sprouts.
