Wine & food festivals are renowned for bringing joy along with delectable tastings. The 2021 Wine & Food Festival is sure to exceed your culinary expectations, delight you with exquisite wines, and thrill you with live and silent auctions.

During the MSU Billings Foundation 2021 Wine & Food Festival Montana, guests can enjoy guest chef dinners, a two-part wine and food event, and wine tasting parties. Wine and food enthusiasts look forward to this signature event all year.

Location and Date‍

MetraPark Building

The 2021 Wine & Food Festival is on September 25, 2021, at MetraPark Montana Pavillion. Tickets cost $125 each, and proceeds go to support scholarships for students at MSU Billings.

What to Expect‍

The Wine & Food Festival is one night only and features gourmet dining, a fabulous selection of wines, and various auctions.

Schedule of Events‍

Previous festivals have featured Home Cooking Schools, a Brewmaster Symposium, a Champagne Tasting Seminar, a Winemaster Symposium, and Wine and Food Pairings. Check for an updated schedule for 2021. While 2021's festival is returning for one night only, expect it to highlight everyone's favorite events, dishes, and wines.

Winemasters

The 2021 wine masters are Trevor Durling and Kimberlee Nicholls.‍

Bottles of Wine

Trevor Durling grew up in Northern California's wine country. During college, Durling took a winemaking class and realized that winemaking was the perfect way to combine a passion for science, agriculture, and cuisine. He worked at several vineyards before becoming the chief winemaker at Beaulieu Vineyard.

Kimberlee Nicholls is one of Napa Valley's most respected winemakers. Nicholls is the lead winemaker at Markham Vineyards and focuses on Markham's Merlots.

Dining‍

Guest chef Andy Fulton from Sodexo will prepare delightful food options. In addition, various guest chefs will present additional food options.

Auction‍

A highlight of the Wine & Food Festival is the auction. Auction items are donated to MSUB Foundation and then auctioned to the highest bidder to raise money for scholarships for students. Previous auctions have included items such as a gourmet dinner for ten with paired wines, vintage wines, heirloom furniture, and a trip to Napa Valley's most awarded vineyards.

Other auction items have included dinner with Montana State University's Chancellor, a shopping extravaganza, a diamond and sapphire necklace, and various sporting tickets and landscape paintings. The 2021 Auction list is sure to be equally enticing.
